Default Displaying Album covers in Media Player?

Please Login to Remove!

How do you get album covers to display in the Bold media player?

I've got a cover.jpg (500 x 500) in the directory where the .mp3s are but no joy when it comes to playing in the player...

It's not an iPod. It's a BlackBerry. It uses the standard mp3 ID3v1 ID3V2 & APEv2 TAG information that is part of every mp3 file. It will display any cover art that is embedded into that tag. I suggest Mp3tag - the universal Tag Editor (ID3v1, ID3v2, APEv2) as a great tool to put that cover art into your mp3s.

You should also be able to add the art to a file in iTunes, and I believe that embeds it. Select the file, then get info, then click the artwork tab, and add the cover image there.

If you place all your music in separate folders you can rename the album cover to folder.jpg and it will work. It a quick easy fix I do it all the time with my torrents.
