So.....needless to say, I am on a personal account, and have gotten the phone for $199 AFTER mail in rebate. I did opt for express shipping, and the agent told me, that the order/phone will ship NO LATER than 1/28.......

I've called 8 times already and have been shot down 8 times. The last time I thought I was getting close, as a Blackberry/PDA tech was able to see the upgrade for me, but once she transferred me to customer care they noted I had called earlier in the day to request the same thing and indicated to me that there was nothing they could do. I'm afraid that they'll see that with all of my subsequent calls now.
The worst part about this is that my Curve vibration motor has died on me so my Blackberry is pretty much useless as far as alerting me during the day 5 days out of the week as I don't want the Curve to be audible while I am at work. I also can't get it replaced through warranty as I've had it for approximately 14-15 months now.
