Well I did think that I had changed the option enter on send to no. But even after changing that option it send s the message on pressing enter.

I used the fix for my 8900 and the SMS issue was resolved, However a new issue appeared , All the contacts of my blackberry messenger dissapeared also i had to put all my passwords again and accept the licensing agreements again.
My sms and mails dissapeared .
I'm trying to restore remotely my contacts and it gets stuck on checking email status . I tried reinstalling BB messenger OTA and when its close to finish it says download failed and if i click in info theres a message that says Invalid Cod etc etc . I havent tried restore the contacts in desktop manager but i prefer to do it with the OTA backup . Does somebody has the same problem any fix???

I had the same exact problem, I used the fix and the issue was resolved, but now I have another one, sometimes the envelope notification on the screen never disappears even though I don’t have any unopened sms, this happens randomly and the only way to do a momentary fix it is by shutting off, and taking the battery out….. any idea???

finally i got it figured out

i tried to remove the .cod once and twice Continuity till it's reboot itself

the same happened when i added the .cod

now it's working fine without any problem

well i had the same problem with that sms bug...
downgraded the bb to an earlier version..but the desktop-manager stucked..
I pulled out the connection and connected it again... than I installed the .411 again.
Everything was deleted but it worked... sms bug is gone.
We will see for how long :D

Maybe it returns... I will keep this way with that BBsk in mind ;)

I used this version of BBSKv1.5 and followed the full instructions posted byalejoal07 and my problem is now sorted. It worked 100% for me with no issues what so ever. The only caution flag is to make sure you backup your bbm contacts so you can retreive them after.
