Hi everyone,
I have a solo mobile social networking add on that ONLY allow me to use mail and bbm function. However, I tried to turn radio off, turn wifi on and login the msn(the msn app that needs data service to login) and it works. So will my network provider count it as a extra data usage and charge me more money while my radio off, wifi on? And my plan don't have that msn function included. Will charge me?

Probably need to ask the carrier. Generally, data over WiFi is not counted against a data plan.

Oh, so even my radio is off, but my data service is on and wifi is on, my carrier won't charge me as well?

I agree with Dubdub. You need to talk to your carrier. Generally speaking you would think data over wifi is different, but from a billing standpoint it may not be, given your plan, and especially if the app is hitting the BlackBerry/RIM network (which it will be if it is an app developed by RIM).

Talk to your carrier, document the conversation, and get names and numbers.
