I was thinking about getting something like this for use with my 8130 pearl. I like to listen to music on my BB when I'm skiing, and earbuds fit better under my helmet. The external controls would also be helpful so that I can select music without having to opwn my jacket.

My quesiton is this: does anyone know / have experience with using these phones with the 81XX pearl phones? The Ad recommends OS 4.6, but I'm running OS 4.5.89.

Do you think that they'll be compatible?

Well yes i do, cause my Bold came with thos headset instead of the stander headphones that the 83xx,88xx,82xx,81xx or 89xx

Do these earbuds work with the Pearl? Will the in-line controls work on an 8130 running OS 4.5.89?

Are there any multi-berry users try this out and let me know?

My storm 9530 came with the standard earbuds. I wish i did get this premium set.

I have the premium headset and don't like them. They don't stay in my ears. When I had the BlackBerry Sound-Isolating Headset, 2.5mm for my 8800 it fit perfectly.
