We currently are running BES5 and BES4 in our environment.

The issue is :

1. BES4 requires OOO as Agent.

2. BES5 requires OOO as Service, else if enabled as Agent users won't be able to set their OOO.

Spoke to RIM support and looks like we have to use as Agent until all users are migrated to BES5 servers.

Wondering what others are doing for this issue ?
