exchange permissions - read-only BES console

Forgive me for being a noob here, but I have a question regarding Exchange permissions and the BES Management Console.
I currently support our BlackBerry end-users for any issues as well as issues with our wireless provider. I've stressed the need for me to be able to see into the BES Management Console to eliminate questions/escalations to sys/netops. I currently have no permissions in Exchange or any view into the BES console. I would like to have read-only permissions into the BES console to do expand my tools for troubleshooting. That way, I can do simple things like viewing last contact or sync times without having to worry about inadvertently making changes in Exchange.
Can someone please help me to find out exactly which permissions I must have in Exchange to achieve read-only access to the BES Console? They have agreed to this as long as I can provide the permissions info.
