BES 4.0 with no email reconilication

this bites. Just upgraded to new BS 4.0 for Exchange. Everything was working fine with the wireless synch including email wireless reconciliation. Waas having problems with attahments but got that to work. Once that started working the wireless email reconilication stopped working. I don't know if it is because of a policy thing.
Went into IT Policies and unclicked everything in the default profile hopng it resets everything. Don't know if it actually did. Still don't get wirless reconciliation.
Handheld is setup for wireless reconiliation which is enabled on server. set to delete on handheld and server.
don't know what else. Anyone????
