I have an Employee who works part time for another company and part time for us. The other company aready has his 7230 attached to their BES. He would like me to attach the same 7230 to our BES so hat he gets Email from both servers.

Is this possible? Can you point me in the right direction of getting this done?

I thought that if you connect a handheld to our computer that it generates a new PIN and Encryption key and kills the other one.

no. your thoughts at the end is correct. he could keep bouncing between the two, but it would be user-initiated (and a rather large security risk, in my opinion).
