Default Speed dial drops *72

Please Login to Remove!

I use a speed dial to forward my Curve to my home on a daily basis. The speed dial # is just *72 & my home number. My home number is also an entry in my address book, but not a speed dial.

After a day or two (or perhaps a BB desktop / Outlook synch or two), the speed dial # drops the *72, reverting to just my home number, so that instead of forwarding to my home #, it calls my home #.

At tech support's recommendation, I add a contact that included *72 & my home #, then used that contact to set up the speed dial. No change - after a couple of days, the speed dial read my home number contact name, not the forward contact name.
