I have a 7520 and I can't seem to get the calendar alarm to ring. I see the alarm icon but it doesn't make a sound.

What is your profile setting for calendar? You should be able to set it for ring, vibrate or mute and also set the number of rings.

in your main screen, look for the icon labled Profiles. Click on it and choose one of the profiles, click that profile and click Edit. You can then set your calendar alarm and other alarm functions.

Thnx DS. This is my first (and last) BB. It's lacking alot of features I miss. I should have gotten a Treo or kept my i860.

What features are you missing? From what I've read about the Treo, I'm not sure that I'd want one. I'm hooked on my 7250.

I miss my camera, my multimedia capabilities, SMS, the smaller size, less hassle with Nextel, cheaper rate plans...

Sounds like you hate it because you havent taken the time to learn it. I had one of my guys go to it kicking and screaming he didnt want to leave his palm software and all the applications he had. Hes had it since Febuary and I asked him the other day if he wanted to go back to his palm he told me he wouldnt ever go back to the palm.

Sounds like you want a cell phone instead of a business tool.
