I run Windows Vista. It will not let me connect to the Desktop Manager. DM will open but i will say disconneted on top. I tried clicking options and then selecting USB port. It will still not connect. My BB shows that it's charging... Any help give would be welcome..

I fixed my problem last night, through the device manager. I had to add the handheld and update drivers. Hope that helps

Hello,

I just upgraded to the official Verizon 4.5.077. At the end of the installation process, I got a message that I would have to restore some items. I tried to restore but now my berry cannot connect to DM. The PIN shows up but I get a message that my device failed to connect and to check the connection. As a result, I have no contacts or appointments.

Any suggestions?

upgrade your dekstop manager to 4.6

Where would I find that? I just upgraded to DM 4.5...
