Are there any Sprint employees on here here that can help me? Holy christ, I am going crazy. I just went through another round of transfers, e-mails, and chat, and solved nothing. My blood is boiling.

If anyone can help regarding customer service issues with Sprint, please do.

It's not a specific technical issue, just a problematic transfer of calls and redundant complacency. I get transferred from department to department and neither can help, nor do they pass along my information to the next.

I have handled most of the problems over the past few days with repeated phone calls. Phooey.

I can someone agree with you.
I finally switched over from my Nextel 7520 to Sprint's 8703e... It's been a whole day, and still they are porting out my number....

I have not been able to use my nem BB or my old 7520...

I called a few times today, and I get a rep that tells me it can take up to 72 hrs, before the port finally ends, and some say half a day...
When I first called to set up the transfer and have the phone sent, the lady who did the transaction said that the port out would be finalized on Dec 8 @ 8:43pm, and I was going to be able to use my temporary number during that period...

And now...no phones....

It seems, no one can get their stories straight....

And that happens in a lot of places...not just Sprint....

But I feel for you...
