Some users unable to SEND, due to invalid addresses

Not a send as permissions problem or a bad contact. Problem is I have a fe users on the road that are getting email that they can't reply to. I have sent them email and they cannot reply to mine either and they do not have any contacts for my address.
I have only been able to get info from over the phone from the users, so my info is not the greatest. I had a user do a Show Address on my name on the message I sent him and it sounded like the Exchange x500 address, not the SMTP. I've seen this before, but it was from a bad address created with the Activcard software we use for CACs. This time, however, there is not contact (best I can tell) within Outlook or the BB.
Resending service books and rebooting hasn't helped. Any ideas??
hdawg, LadyDi, Jibi, anyone, help me you're my only hope.... help me you're my only hope....

War Eagle!!
Bumping this issue as I had it today, and the fix is described here (BlackBerry Search Results 0 87702945 - restart services), but does anyone know what causes this?
Well, in case anyone is interested , I called RIM and found that my particular issue was most likely caused by a disconnect in our network from the BES to the exchange server. Hope that helps anyone else looking ot troubleshoot a similar issue.
We've only been having this issue since upgrading to BES 4.1 SP4. Honestly, I never saw it prior (SP3 or below), so I'm starting to think it was something in SP4. As mentioned, service restart does fix the issue ...until it happens again.

Exactly the same problem, running 4.1.4 MR4. Definately not permissions since I have three BES and only one was problematic.

I'm having the same problems too... BESX 4.1.6.9 for MS Exchange 2003. Spoke to RIM multiple times - recreated MAPI profile (no go), installed hotfix KB929439 for Microsoft Exchange per RIM's recommendations, and it's still happening.
The only thing they can say is that it's a disconnect from the Global Catalog servers, there's no maintenance at night (all happens on the weekends) and they state it's due to the fact that the BES server (in the same subnet, VLAN as Exchange 2K3 and DC/GCs) cannot find a GC to connect to...
I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated... It's also sporadic across all 5 BES servers - different days, different times, but a weekly occurrence nonetheless.
