Question Audio Issues

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have an 8310 and am frustrated with some audio issues. I can listen to my music stored on my BB from the internal speaker, from headphones and by plugging in external powered speakers.

The problem I have arises when I try to listen to Pandora or Slacker the same way. They only play through the phone's speaker. When I plug in my external speakers Pandora and Slacker still play through the phone's speaker.

By the way, when listening to music stored on my BB I can toggle between the phone's speaker and my external speaker using the $/speaker key next to the "M" key.

Any insight, cures or suggestions would be appreciated!

Same issue for me one Slacker radio. when i hit play on the programme, i have to click menu, "play through earphones" to get it to play through that 3.5mm port. Or "play through blackberry bluetooth stereo gateway" (i have the blackberry gateway paired with my device) to make it play through that device.

When playing slacker stations, I can just plug in headphones, cassette adapters, etc and the music automatically switches to the 3.5mm jack when I plug them in. Have never had it any other way...I am using ver 2.0.2
