Default Losing participants in outlook calendar events when i sync ...

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I synchronize my Torsh 9800 with outlook using BB Desktop software. After a synchronization, on some of my outlook calendar events, i lose some participants and i don't know who was invited and nor if they have accepted.

Do you know why ? What could i do ?

More info is needed to assist.
How are you adding the participants?
do you lose the entire record or just added information in the record?
Do the changes also show on the Outlook calendar?

RIM does not indicate any issues with data being deleted within a record just entire records.

No only sync'ing with outlook via bb desktop software. Other fact that can help you find the problem. When i sync, it notify me a lot of modifications in my calendar apponitments (in the participants list) even if there is nothing different

I don't know why some invitees are being dropped, as opposed to all being dropped. It shouldn't drop any, of curse, but it would seem an easier problem if all were being dropped.

I'm just casting about for any patterns... The invitees that are being dropped, are they in your contacts? Or did you enter an email address? Is there anything the dropped contacts have in common?

What happens if you cancel the changes at the prompt and re-sync? Or else set the sync one way, BlackBerry -> Outlook, edit the calendar invitees on the BlackBerry, and sync again. And do it vice versa? What happens?
