Now that Yahoo Messenger & Google has an app for Blackberrys has anyone heard any rumors of MSN releasing one?

Not sure if i understand your question, but if you meant app like instant messenger, msn has one. it sucks though.. they charge you a per message just like text msg. i got it through t-moble by d way.

I have e-MSN on my 7520, but it's slow and buggy. Would really like a "real" version.

Use Google Talk and Add all your MSN contacts through a jabber...
this is soo handy, only one chat client for all your chatting...on Blackberry and on Computer!
And it's almost INSTANT....

I did try jabber about a week ago using the directions on this forum and I couldn't connect to the anywise msn transport. The other ones worked though. I'll try the directions for psi.
