I have a bes 4.1 server with 4 units. 3 of them have Blackberry 8700 while one of them is a 7100. The server is connected to an Exchange 2003 server.

If I delete a mail in a mailbox that's conntected to a 8700 the mail deletes on the blackberry as well. But on the 7100 it doesnt delete, and if I delete a mail on the 7100 it still remains in the mailbox. I have recreated the account to no avail. The accounts on the bes server are identical. Email reconciliation settings on the units are:

Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: On
On conflicts: Mailbox wins.

Any ideas?

in the device (7100) go to messege screen their go to option ->email reconilation and change the Delete on field to Mailboax & Handheld.
