hi people,

i had to upgrade the bes that i admin today, from 4.1.4 to 4.1.6. After it, i couldn't see >> right click over an user >> "View / Upgrade Software Revert Software Upgrade" option, to upgrade the handheld soft.

Any idea?

someone yes, otherones no.

Penguin sayd that this feature is not available yet, but i only need to know if can i send the os upgrade from BES.

You can't.
It's not possible yet.

once your user is on 4.5 (done manually) you can upgrade to future OS versions OTA.

Future OS versions have not been released yet by RIM for BES. We all have to wait until RIM releases the newer OS's for BB HH's for BES.
