Hello,

I have two servers a 4.0 server and a 3.6 server on separate networks with separate exchange servers. They had been operating independently with different email domains.

The 3.6 is being decommissioned (as is the exchange environment). We have setup all the users in AD and created their mailboxes in the new environment. The users have been created on the Blackberry 4.0 server in the new environment.

I cannot enterprise activate any of the users.

Is it because RIM does not have the correct details for the domain?
How do I specify that the BES 4.0 server is responsible for the domain (in addition to the ones it had always worked on.

Are you setting up the BES 4 server to serve both it's current Exchange environment and the Exchange environment served by the 3.6 BES?

No he said the 3.6 server and exchange environment it is associated with is going away.

Since you are adding them to a new BES with different database, you will have to wipe the device before you can reactivate it to the new server.
