Angry The BlackBerry Administration Service cannot find the records you were looking for. V

Please Login to Remove!

Ok...this is my scenario:

Exchange 2010 is installed on a server running Windows Server 2008 R2 platform with all the latest updates/RU.

BES express is installed on a server running SBS 2008 with the latest updates installed.

I've followed the installation guide to the letter...including all scripts on the exchange console with no failures.....and configured all the necessary permissions for the user "besadmin". Tested access to the mailbox by sending an email to the user "besadmin"

Installation of BES was error free.

PROBLEM: When I start blackberry administration service and try to create a user by searching, I get the message: The BlackBerry Administration Service cannot find the records you were looking for. Verify the search criteria you specified and try again

I had installed it before on the same server which has the exchange 2010 but encountered the same problem.

I'm assuming this is being caused by the user "besadmin" not having the right permissions to acces exchange. I have checked and re-checked the permissions and still cant get it to see my users on exchange. Any ideas??? I did a bbcheck and below find my results. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Cheers!

Almost same issue.... Have Exchange 2010, full 2008 R2 Domain. Had 3 users added. Deleted one because user was getting another type of phone. After a couple of days, it turns out he got another BB. Go to add him back and getting the same error as mentioned. Tried adding another exchange user as a test, and getting the same result.
