sms Push application problem

I developed a J2ME app that uses PushRegistry to invoke application whenever server send Response. i m using port sms:/:17555 . this application is working fine on other devices(eg. Nokia,sony). but when i tried to load this on Blackberry 8700 it says port already open. i 've checked that no other application is using this port... Please help for solving this.
