I've had the bb bold 9930 for about 2 days and all in all, love it. But I wonder if someone can help me with this darn cursor.
For ex. on email, I'm scrolling down to go through my emails and the cursor / view decides on its own to scroll right back up, even when I am holding the mouse / cursor button.
or
when on BBM, I'm typing a message and all of a sudden it scrolls up to the beginning of the conversation, again, all on it's own while I'm in the middle of typing.
Now I'll mention that even when I don't touch the mouse button, it still does that, so I know it has nothing to do with the way my finger moves over it.
Is this something I can fix on my own or do I have to go back to the store?

I noticed the similar issue when I type under the sun. I guess the infrared or UV from the sun is affecting the trackpad.

Genius!! I was freaking out trying to figure out this problem and was even ready to take my berry back, but never thought about the sun!! That was the issue the entire time!
