Boss's bold only showing 'Missed Calls' in the phone log. My curve shows missed, received etc. I have searched but can't come up with an explanation. Any ideas?

I noticed that this happens sometimes immediately after a missed call in 5.0.0.190, but when I exit and come back in, the call log is normal. So, if the setting's correct (as above), check if your boss using OS 5.0.

He ended up taking it to an ATT store. 2 hours later it was diagnosed as a bad SIM card. Seems to work fine now.
