Looking for some advice here. As of yesterday my BBM is no longer able to send out messages to BB10 users but I am able to receive messages from them. I have a friend who had her Z10 for some time and I had no issues communicating with her until yesterday (may22) morning around 10am. Unsure why this is happening as she has no issues communicating with others with 9900's or any other BB model. My aunt just started having this issue on Friday and spent numerous hours on the phone with Rogers and now has escalated the issue as her tech support was unable to solve the issue. I also have ticket # from Rogers for the same thing. Previous BB employees who worked in the department where they find glitches is also stumped!?! HELP!!!!
