Default Many Thanks!

Thanks to Tom, and all those involved in the server migration, I know what a pain something like that can be.

Just happy to have a "fix" waiting for me when I logged in

Can I move my cot back in and turn the thermostat up? Glad to be home, as well!

No, not until you slow down, and don't forget your "I"s. Ok?

Great to be back online, yes!

The new server has better, faster newer cots that are much more cozy, and the climate control is automatic based on moods

Why did this whole process take so long? The downtime and inconsistency with the server over the last few weeks has sucked royally. What assurances are there that this wont happen again?

Two thumbs up!!!! I was having severe BBF withdrawals. Thanks for all the hard work to keep this great site running. Moving to a new server is a lot of work and unexpected problems can crop up. Even though its painful in the short term, it's so worth it in the long term.

Yeah i posted over 100 times in CB in the last 3 days... it ... was ... aweful *sob* lol and when i first came back to post, the site went down for about 30 seconds then popped back up, I am guessing this is just the servers growing pains and has stabalized because it is working like a champ now!

I know I'm addicted to my Blackberry, but I've come to realize I'm also addicted to the Blackberry Forums. Casual interest, or some kind of twisted, all-consuming obsession? Hmmmm......

Tom,

Sorry, but I just can't bring myself to be as cheery as the rest of the bunch.
The performance issues and downtime over the prior month or so has been embarassing.
You have an outstanding group of volunteers who help users on a daily basis and make this forum the success that it is. Ultimately, this makes you money.

I'm not a mod, so it's no surprise to me that you've personally ignored my attempts to communicate with you... but judging by the frustration of several moderators here, it seems that you could have done a much better job communicating with them as well.

Rather than thanking everyone for their patience while your team botched up a migration... Perhaps you should thank them for their countless contributions to the forum, which ultimately is what makes this place a success for you.
