i have a 8130 and i cant get it to transfer from my computer to my bb it say this message on the application loader "the blackberry desktop software does not have black berry device software that you have connected to the computer. contact your wireless provider or system admin." what should i do

Strange. I didn't think you needed the device OS software loaded on your computer to add applications, but maybe someone else will chime in with more input.

That said, you can find the latest handheld OS in the Pearl section of these forums; there will also be instructions there on how to load it...

Download the file to your computer, unzip, and load to your bb via desktop manager
