I have this same exact problem with my Tour. After doing some research I've found that this is a very common problem with this phone. I'll be getting rid of it shortly. She was a good one until the end but the phone has basically become useless. Won't stay booted for more than 10 minutes and will constantly search for a good signal until it literally burns itself up and kills the battery.
R.I.P. Tour. You'll be missed (Kinda)
