hello,

I have been getting more and more complaints from people that i speak with over my bb storm. They say that they can only hear every other word I say. Once I use my speaker phone or my blue tooth they can hear me just fine. I am running 4.7 OS currently, trying to update to the 5.0. Any help would be appreciated.
