Hi all,

Contemplating on installing BES Monitoring Service to monitor if a certain users have high pending count.

Searched and located this KB15787 - Set up users for pending messages monitoring on the BlackBerry Monitoring Service. It appears that I can only configure a threshold that will applies to all users. For example, set a threshold of 60 pending messages and if any user reaches that limit, BES Monitoring Service alerts me.

Now what I want is something like this... Could someone advise if I can configure such that....

(1) If User 1 has a pending count of 50 messages, shoot me an email alert.

(2) If User 2 has a pending count of 99 messages, shoot me an email alert.

It's in the same Monitoring Console tab, just navigate right down to the user level.
