I was wondering if anyone else experiences the issue where the BBIM icon will show up and not go away. Everyday I seem to get this issue. I have gone as far as logging out of JiveTalk, and ending all my BBIM conversations. What could be causing this?

That happens from time to time. If you're referring to the indicator never going away despite everything you do, try doing a battery pull.

Yeah, I do a bettery pull and it goes away. Is there something I am doing wrong that would cause that? No one else I know with a BB has had that issue.

...could be a hiccup. to many things going on at once cause the bb to hiccup and it needs to be reset (read over-multitasking).
