Drummer Boy,
The most common and consistent complaint about the Jawbone (I have the first version) has always been and seem to remain "fit". Hey, everyone is different and the fit makes or breaks the device as the contact with your cheek (jawbone) is crucial to the function.
The sound is unmatched in my BT experience. I have even experimented on my own using the Voice Notes. I recorded myself talking on the JB and narrated what I was doing, turning up the music, opening the window, closing the window, turning the music down, talking with someone else sitting in the car. All the time the only sound that showed up on the recording was mine. I would say that the other ambient noises were reduced by a good 90%. I don't have scientific measurements I just have my opinion.
It was as good as I could expect a BT headset to be.
Again, just IMO. My only complaint was that the first gen JB had a rather odd proprietary charger. I don't know about the current gen.
Good luck.
