Well,

My new storm arrived, 10 days ahead of schedule even! So far so good, thanks to some of the tips on this site!

I can't believe this did not come with a case like my other BB's have had. What case are you guys using? I would prefer a leather one with the swivel clip..

Also, along with the case, there are several options on E-bay for screen protectors... Some better than others?

You can use the case that comes with the BB8830 its a leather case with swivel.

Would you belive that I have the case from my 8830 (the pouch) and bought a body cover and my storm fits into the case with the body cover on as well. I was going to buy a new pouch but now I am just one happy camper.

well i got my repleacment storm today and i think ima send it back i really dont like the way the screen feels its hard to click i didnt have that problem on the first one and didnt have to do anything like use paper or loosen screws ima try it out for a few days before i make a choice
