I tried downloading Puretracks from mobile.blackberry.com. After clicking the download button, I was redirected to:
www dot puretracks dot com /blackberry/canada.html (sorry for the
formatting, but I don't have enough posts to include a real link)
The message on this page says Puretracks is only for US customers. I *am* in the US, and nowhere near Canada.
Any ideas? I'm using the BB browser and Blackberry emulation. Thanks for your help.

Is it an UL bb? Thats about the only thing i can think of.

Maybe the BB browser has an IP that the website thinks is in Canada. You can email the website and tell them they are wrong and will correct your connection. That happened with me on Pandora while I was in Florida. They let me connect while there.

It happened to a friend of mine and his 8300 was in French, it worked after he switched his BB to English.

Don't suppose your using a BES thats in Canada are you?

The proxy that the browser is using could currently be located in Canada. Try going to What Is My IP Address? - Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more... to check it out.

Thanks for the IP info link! To answer the other questions, my phone language is English and I'm on T-Mobile BIS. I'm not sure what UL means, though
My IP stats:
Hostname: 206.53.144.89
ISP: Research in Motion
Proxy: Confirmed proxy server
Type: Unknown (this might be the cause of my Canadian confusion)
Country: United States (but it doesn't display what city or state)

So, THIS website knows I'm in the US

Would a call to T-Mobile straighten this out, or are there some settings on my phone I could fiddle with?
