yes it's definitely worth the 29.99 if you don't have the BB html browser. Just don't hit the BB escape button while a web page is loading--that gives webviewer fits. (it's a well-documented 7520 problem on Reqwireless' site).

Very true. It does not like to go backwards while trying to go forwards. The webviewer is fantastic. I loaded mine with no trouble at all, but I've been having a few customers that are having issues loading it onto theirs. Their problem is that the registration key on the webviewer itself does not work. One customer had a 7510 and another had a 7520. I wasn't there obviously when they tried to load it, so I don't know what hey did wrong. One guy said he got in touch with reqwireless customer service and said the rep hung up on him. Lets hope we all load it with ease.

What can you do if you DO hit the back button while a page is loading? I think I did that, now I get all kinds of errors when I try to browse to anything. This may just resolve my problem.

Basically when that happens, if you're fortunate enough to close the viewer you're lucky. If not, pop the battery out and pop it back in. That's what my manager and I do and we haven't noticed any problems with the fucnctionality of the unit.

I just loaded the corporate version and it tells me "bad dns adress" when I go to a page. What is that?

I tried the "personal" verision and it gave me a "bad ip address" error.

When ever I get that error I try the page again and it usually works, seems to be a temporary error.
