I have two 7520's and I can hide the lock icon on the older one, but the newer one I can't. I have already verified they are both running the same handheld software v. What gives?

Wow. just checked, I can hide evey icon on my older 7520, I could not do that several months ago...wow a clean screen pretty cool but not very productive.
