So... this is part 2... brief background again... basically Fido CSR screwed up my bb plan... she told me I can get $30 for 1GB... I asked her many times that are you sure I can use this plan for my BB and she said YES.. so basically I went with the plan and then YEP... my BB e-mails/ IM wont work minutes after she put me on the NEW plan and took my old BB plan off... so I called back and another CSR told me that I cant get it back...
After 2 more phone calls... another CSR put in a request and was approved to have my bb plan reinstated. Of course, it was Fido's fault. the CSR dont no jack about their products!
Here are more.... one CSR told me max of 7 days I will have the bb plan back... so after 7 days I called Fido and a CSR told me that it would be 2 weeks!!!!!! and then I called back after 10 days... another CSR told me I need to wait for one bulling cycle... what is the world??!!!!!!!
Sooooooooo..... I waited for this billing cycle BS and today was the day... I called to just to make sure all will work soon ( by end of the day or tomorrow ) guess what???????????? Fido told me that because of the holidays... it will get done by Jan....but Fido cant give me a date.... so I have to wait again!!!!
Why cant they told me that before the holidays ( this fiasco started Dec. 8 ) I dont think the CSR at Fido knows anything!!!!!!
I am pissed!!!!!!!!!! Over the holidays... I dont get much business e-mails so I was ok with the wait... but now... I need the BB to conduct my bisness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
