Hello,
We have BES 12.5.2 and Windows Exchange Server 2010. They are working fine for many years.
Now we implemented Exchange Server 2016, when I move BES users from Exchange 2010 to 2016 they BB devices stop working (Blackberry, Android or iPhone).
What I have missed?
I will appropriate any help.

did you change mail server address in mail policy? use same name or IP in both systems?
