No for a short time ... as previously on my old nokia n96 I could divert calls ! How do you do that on the bb?

You can forward all cals to a different number, but I don't believe you can block them entirely from the phone

Check out Caller Blocker Pro. Would do what you want, works like a charm and is cheap. BlackBerry App World - Call Blocker Professional

Thanks ... isnt there an easier way to just divert calls to your voicemail when you are busy and don't want the phone ringing ... other then switching it off.

not sure about forwarding, but you could set your profile to "off". This will make the BB completely silent for calls or messages. You will still continue to receive them, you just wont hear it.

What is the difference between the "off" and "silent" profiles?

Default Efficient Call Blocker

Use the Efficient Call Blocker by Berrywav. You can block incoming calls that you specify. Use that along with YouMail service for a really power effect that makes people think your number isnt active anymore. Works great.
