I have a client who is upgrading thier mail server (MS exchange) and basically just needs to backup and restore the BES to this new server. I couldn't find any guidelines for this process. Is this an easy task?

Will the OS and other software be the same version, just on a higher spec machine?

If so just image the system with PQDI or Ghost and restore that on the new hardware.

it will be upgrading from MS Exchange 2000, to Exchange 2003
