I recently purchased an unlocked verizon 9530 and recieved it and put my sim card in and works fine, but no way to access the internet, can anyone help me out here please!!

Who is your cell carrier?

Do you have a Blackberry data plan on your account?

Sorry, works fine meaning calls and texts fine, my cell carrier is long lines and yes i have a data plan on my account. I have had several bb curves and internet works just fine on them but cannot even find a browser tab or anything on the storm, thanks for your help.

You're in for quite a bit of work. The Storm is not supported by your carrier, so you will need to manually try and add some pieces in.

This assumes that you have a BlackBerry Data Plan and not a generic data plan on your account. You mention internet; have you ever used e-mail on your prior BlackBerrys?

No i never have used email on any of them, just internet for browsing around. Any tips or suggestions??

Thank you for all the help and dont mean to be a real pain but which set of directions should i follow, in that sticky thread? I have just ordered the cable to hook phone up to computer so either way will have to wait but just wanted to study it a little bit.
