Since i have updated my BES 4.0x to 4.1.4.12 many of these warnings comes up.

Nothing is wrong. I got this too and reported to RIM... these are normal, they just started tracking them in your app logs... they really used to happen all the time too ;)

The gist? When the BES trys to update a message in Exchange as "read" or something, it doesnt find it right away, maybe because it moved... so it just spits that out. Official RIM is "dont worry about it"
