Wirelessly posted (Cingular-Blue 7290: BlackBerry7290/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/101)

Abilility to accept/decline Calendar Appointment/meeting requests for "family plans" as opposed to corporate BES.

GMail has an online shareable calendar now, but we use separate Outlook calendars with shared free/busy lookup files.

1) More options for synchronization of calendars and PIN in BIS accounts
2) Push mail for ALL ISP's: AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, GMail

I kinda like the idea of a web-based address book synchronizing wirelessly with the device too.

Somehow being able to have the option to completely seperate the personal from the business emails. So I guess that woudl mean through folders.

color coding of message line depending on other criteria, such as who the message is from (mark those messages from my boss in BLACK and those from my girlfriend in PINK and those from my wife ... ooops!) or who the message is to, or the subject contains certain words or phrases, etc.

How about one minor detail that isn't BIS related, but i would absolutely go for a phone that can do data and voice at the same time like a tty phone. While you're at it, why not give us the ability to sync email to our desktop so we have hard copies for review later on. This is the only feature I want right now without a BES.

I get copies of all of my BB sent mail thru the Gmail forwarding setup that is often discussed on this forum.
All e-mail I send and receive is on outlook express in my office via pop from Gmail. So you can do it if you want right now, no 3.0 needed.

I would like the ability to do data/phone at the same time also.
And a better contact manager or even better yet a program like "ACT for Palm" that you can use on a Palm. ACT is my CM so that may be a little to specific for a general wish list like this one but it is at the top of my list for sure.

I can think of a bunch of wishes, but realistically, I would be happy if HTML formatted emails would just display little things like text color and maybe some formatting like italics, underlines, indents, and bolds. I can't believe that the new BBs have such a nice screen, and still just display emails as though they were on a monochrome screen.

I mean, email is supposed to be their primary purpose, right?
