Default Purchasing a single CAL for BES in UK

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I have BES 4.1.4 (Bundle 25) , the express version with 1 CAL. I need to add 1 more phone so I need to purchase an additional CAL.
I thought it might be a simple thing like going to the RIM site/store and ordering one and getting it quickly.

Looks like I need to create an account, which in itself is a manual process and have to wait for it to be granted, then I must submit my single free incident to ask how I get a CAL?

Any pointers?

Thanks
Mike

walk into your carrier store or call your carrier support and you can order one that way

you've obvioulsy not been to too many retail stores around the UK...

If you're stuck tomorrow I think we've got one (unused) in stock. Drop me a PM and I'll provide you with my regular contact details and we can hit you one up for a credit card...

Well it seems in the UK you need to purchase through a carrier?
I can see that being fun!

Anybody else know where it is possible to get a single CAL for BES and at what cost?
Thanks

These guys seem to be saying they will sell you a licence, never tried them so can't actually comment though.

ScanCom

I found them when i was thinking of expanding our SBE BES, but as yet haven't had to do so.

Yep, it's all done through the networks and service providers/dealers. We're an SP and we buy all of our licenses for customers from Vodafone and O2.
