Smile Wireless Address Book Sync with 8707g

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Have a Blackberry 8707G and trying to enable wireless sync of the Lotus Notes address book which is on a domino server. connecting to a BES Enterprise Server. (have set this up to work for other users fine). Have resent the service book a few times and asked him to go to Can you go to Options on the 8707g - Advanced Options - Host Routing Table (push Scroll) and - Register Now...still not picking up the address book on the server..
In a working 8707g they go to the address book on the device - Options and there is the option to "Enable Wireless" (for the address book) but it does not appear on this device.. Anyone know why it is not there or should it just sync automatically without enabling this?

Entry in the log
22/01/2007 11:34:17 Address Book, config, Location="CN=*****/OU=****/O=*********!!mail\address\***.nsf" SyncType=3 SyncState=1 for user CN=****/OU=***/O=**********

Thanks very much for any help on this.

From the Notes client, have you gone to ACTIONS>Synchronize Address Book? With wireless synch for the address book, it is synched up with their webmail address book. Also what version of Notes are you running?

Default Size LImitation in number of contacts in wireless address book

Hello, turns out this has something to do with the amount of contacts in the address book, as there appears to be over 16,000.. had created a test address book with aprox 100 contacts and this worked fine over wireless..
