Default BIS account

Hi all,
we have starting to igrate from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.
Now the URL (htps://mail.domain.com) used to connect to OWA is published by 2010 CAS Servers and it redirect to onther URL (https://legacymail.domain.com) hosted by 2003 frontend server.
Some users having BIS account ob their BlackBerry now says that they are not able to connect to their mailbox using URL https://mail.generali.com.
Which can be the problem ?
I've find this KB http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/b...ListHelperImpl
Should be because now the "extend url" in not https://mail.domain.com/exchange like previously but now is https://mail.domain.com/OWA and it redirect to another URL ?
Thanks!

Default Re: BIS account

Hi folks,
I've tried to configure BlackBerry using the direct URL to Exchange 2003 frontend server and it works!
So, it could be possible that BlackBerry do not support URL redirection...
But anyone have had the same problem ???
