Hi,

this is the first time I encounter this on blackberry phone, The phone have a full signal but I cannot make call or text. Sometime call and text will come on but most of the time cannot make call or text phone is unlock already.

One More thing when I try to read the MEP no Mep showing in mep read as you can see in the screen below. By The way I already remove the IT Policy.

Is the BlackBerry unlocked? Removing an IT Policy and restoring to factory settings does not remove a carrier lock.
