we are moving our bes express 5.02 server from a canadian province to a european country (NL). it seems there is a bit of latency still using the ca.srp.blackberry.com +/- 300ms pings.. nl.srp.blackberry.com is much better.

Can i just change the SRP address in the blackberry configurator -> router settings? Will my SRP ID be recognized on the european srp site?
I understand there is a registry entry that needs to be udated or will update when this address is changed...
"The correct SRP Address should also be reflected under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerryRouter\NetworkAccessNode registry value."

Any issues anyone can forsee? I hope i dont have to re-activate all the bb on this server (read on some other forums.. but i think that refers to older versions of BES).

Your advice and experience on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Just change it in the configuration tool. You may need to restart the dispatcher/router for the change to take effect immediately.
