I've been having problems with my voice dialing both on Bluetooth and on the handset. When I try to initialize on the my Bluetooth nothing happens and I do not even have the option available on my handset. Does anyone know what I could have done with it or where I can find it? I recently upgrade to a new OS; is it possible the OS I installed deleted it to trim space?

But you can voice dial when disconnected to the BT device?

Try pairing the device again and performing a battery pull on the BlackBerry

Yes. You may need to pair first and save the settings.

No, I do not even have the option available on my handset. I cannot voice dial on Bluetooth OR the handset.

It pairs fine but I cannot do any voice dialing at all on Bluetooth OR the handset.
