Exclamation headphone jack issue

Please Login to Remove!

So I am having some connection issues with trying to use the head phones that came with the unit and even my personal head phones I spent over 100 bucks on. It seems when they are plugged in all the way the until goes back and forth from headset mode to speaker mod but if I pull the plug out just a bit they work fine. Any one else having this trouble or should I get switched out?

I'm having headphone issues too... but I wonder if it's me. Certain applications don't seem to work with the headphones while calls do...

I really don't think its just me. I just want to know if any one else is having this same loose connection issue?

Wirelessly posted

The first time I tried my headphones they wouldn't work at all, and music just played on the phone speaker. After a battery pull they work fine.
Might be worth a try, although yours does sound like a connection issue.

If you backed it up in DM then the new one should restore exactly like you had it as long as it's the same OS. If you had updated the OS all bets are off if you restore it though, esp settings of 3rd party apps like browsers. The headphone jack thing sounds like it's either a soldering issue or the jack is unstable.
